Welcome to Birth Buddies! We are Kayt and Emma, two mums who are passionate about birth. Many people will tell you that giving birth is a life-changing event - which it is - however, many stories can have a negative slant! We too believe that giving birth is a life-changing event, however, many women have a really positive experience of birth, a life-enhancing event which they carry with them into parenthood. As Doulas, we strive to help women achieve this through companionship, information, practical and emotional support during pregnancy, throughout labour, birth and early parenthood. We are based in Winchester and Alresford and we are happy to support women within an approximate 15 mile radius of this area.
